hereby retains the Law Offices of Garry Allen Hamud on the following terms and conditions:

For professional advice, consultation, direction, and services in regard to the following immigration matter: (See Fee Schedule for Item Description)

I agree to pay the total sum of $ _____________________________________________
in equal installments, one-half now and one-half before submission of any Application to the Law Offices of Garry Allen Hamud.

Legal services begin upon receipt of signed Retainer Agreement and payment in US Dollars. All checks are written to the Law Offices of Garry Allen Hamud.

Garry Allen Hamud is a duly licensed Attorney at Law and Member of the California Bar (Ca Bar # 55695) with a practice limited to Federal Administrative Immigration Matters.

The Retainer herein does not include any expenses or filing fees, and the client will be invoiced for the same as incurred.

If the client does not make the required payments when due, the Attorney herein may close this matter and end all professional services.
